I had an incredible experience at The Palms yoga retreat! The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and so nourishing. It’s clear that a lot of thought and love went into every meal.

The small touches throughout the retreat really stood out, from the beautifully arranged spaces to the thoughtful extras that made the experience feel special. It’s those little details that show how much care has been taken to create a relaxing environment..

If you’re looking for a retreat to relax, recharge, and enjoy some truly outstanding food, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely love to return!

We enjoyed an amazing time at The Palms retreat. Dave and Sue and their team are wonderful hosts, the food is just amazing and super healthy and the facilities of pool, hot tub, yoga space and treatment rooms are all really well set up. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The best 4 days and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you! Kat

Amazing hospitality, plus a picturesque and peaceful location to soak in the sunshine, relax and recharge. Time for yoga, swimming in a beautiful pool, or just lie in a hammock. Watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Stunning stay - thank you Sue, David, Jane and all the staff at The Palms. Highly recommended. 😘

I have just returned from a 4 day retreat at this amazing place. I arrived slightly frazzled, anxious and in need of some TLC. That is exactly what I got. A tranquil oasis run by the lovely Sue and David. It really is a magical place, created with so much thought and love. I dare anyone to go here and not leave relaxed with a soul full of peace and contentment. The food is delicious and of such high quality. The staff are amazing and so so friendly. The treatments are fabulous. I can't leave a review however, without mentioning the absolute stars of the show....(no not the hot-tub, the exquisite rooms or the gorgeous pool)...but the 3 rescue pups Peggy, Kevin and Sonny Jim. They absolutely completed my whole experience. Having them there and seeing how loved and cared for they are...well that's just an indication of the people Sue and David are...and that is all I need to know. Thank you guys. You have created something so magical.

Absolutely outstanding retreat. Stunning venue with superb accommodation and facilities. The food is beyond delicious and the hospitality is second to none. There is always a welcome smile. We were lucky enough to get married here and it was beyond our expectations and having visited Sue and Dave the owners before we new they had high standards but they really did us proud. If you are looking for a yoga retreat with a friendly laid back character that offers spotless beautiful air conditioned rooms along with amazing food and a crystal clear pool look no further. What a fabulous stay! Came for a yoga retreat and got so much more. Sue and Jane the hosts were super attentive and made this a real luxury home from home. They've thought of every detail you could imagine. And their sound bath was amazing. The food was sensational - yummiest vegetarian food I've ever eaten. Niels, the chef, is a genius and catered for my all dietary restrictions.
Thanks guys x Stunning grounds, beautiful dogs, hot tub, pool all great. Loved the indoor and outdoor yoga venues. And the room was cosy and relaxing. Fab, fab, fab!!! 5 stars 🌟
