Lisa did an amazing job of planning our first family vacation! We loved visiting Playa del Carmen, Mexico with our toddler. Lisa took the time listen to our needs and desires and everything went smoothly throughout our vacation. Traveling to another country with our little one was venturing into unknown territory. With Lisa’s help we traveled to a family friendly all inclusive resort. They had everything from a crib, to sanitized high chairs, kids pools and a splash pad. She even found us a transportation company that provided us a car seat for a safe and secure ride to and from the resort. Lisa did all the planning, so we could relax and enjoy the white sand beach and warm Caribbean waters. It is a trip we will always cherish! Thank you Lisa!!!

LISA!! Our daughter graduated HS this year and we decided a tropical family vacation would be just the thing we needed. While I attempted to plan our trip, I became paralyzed with indecision... the place, hotel, safety, fun, etc. I have ge nerally been skeptical of using travel agents. However, I found Lisa through a chance encounter at work while lamenting on the fact that I could not pull the cord and book something. I needed someone to take the load off of my shoulders. Lisa was just the person we needed. She listened to our wants, budget, etc and came up with several options. She walked us through every step... booked the resort, chose flights that maximized our time, scheduled/researched excursions and even provided suggestions for tipping, packing lists, etc. She checked on us in the days leading up to our trip and texted on arrival to make sure we landed safely. She was kind, patient and, most importantly, very good at what she does! Our trip was amazing! The locale and resort were something out of a dream. Everything went so smoothly because she thought of everything! Because of Lisa, this very stressed working mother and wife was able to sit back and just enjoy. I am fairly certain that had I not found her, I would still be trying to book the trip. We will never travel without Lisa's assistance again!
