We’ve had an excellent experience with Faucets N Fixtures. Our first visit was to the Laguna store, and Joel was extremely helpful to introduce us to the wide range of product in their store. We also checked out what was on display in the Long Beach store (where Lisa helped us) and the Tustin store (where Ronda helped us). All locations were clean, bright, well organized, and had excellent displays available, including active wet demos where we could test out the shower heads. Because they were so helpful and easy to deal with, we purchased a bunch of stuff for our master bath remodel. Highly recommended stores for anyone shopping for kitchen and bath remodel products.

Nothing but great service at this location. Tammy was amazing to work with while we were building our home. Over a year later, a guest broke a part of a shower faucet. I called Tammy and she immediately called the manufacturer and followed up to tell me the part was on the way!

My wife and I came into the store today because we are remodeling our house from top to bottom. My wife and I are a mixed couple (asian and hispanic) We googled the store and drove all the way from San Dimas specifically for this one store since the quality seemed to be exactly what we've been looking for. We arrived at around 1:30pm on Saturday and headed straight for the shower fixtures. There were four staff members working, two assisting other customers and the remaining two sitting at their desks. My wife and I were clearly there to shop but as we stood by testing various shower faucets, we began to notice that the workers were approaching every other customer but us. At one point, I took the initiative to approach the desk and ask a question assuming the employee would then volunteer to assist us, but he did not. Instead, other customers walked in and he immediately jumped off his seat to assist them. My wife and I were the ONLY racial minorities customers in the store. And after a while I began to feel this was blatant. It takes a lot for my wife to ever feel the way we did. They were clearly ignoring us. In another situation a female associate came right next to us while assisting another customer. She made a remark regarding one of the products and I thought she was speaking to me so responding only to be entirely ignored. At least four other customers arrived and were immediately approached while we're clearly shopping and never approached by anyone. I really hope the owner read this review and take it seriously, unless thats his policy. Like I said, if it walks like duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. Today they lost a very determined customer. As a Realtor, I often refer my buyers to local businesses for their home remodeling and other services.

I ordered handles and knobs that were fairly expensive. When I ordered them I specifically asked about the size hardware that would be supplied because my contractor told me to make sure. I was told that several size screws would be supplied. Not only was this false, there were not enough supplied. I called and was told I need to go to Ace Hardware to.purchase what I need.

This now causes the contractor to come out another day. Service is not good with this company. I do not recommend.

Really great store for mid to high end tubs, toilets and fixtures. They also have some really nice mirrors and accessories
