Ordered a pizza one morning at work (about 9am) for pickup that afternoon at 4pm. Upon getting there, my pizza was not ready. Staff was nice, but basically said "you sure you picked the right location"? They did not really try to look for my order at all and just assumed I was the issue. I pulled out my phone and showed them my order confirmation email to which they went to the back. . . returned and apologized and said they had a computer issue. None the less, they dropped everything and made me my order and it was delicious. I will put Papa Murphy's pizza up against any other chain pizza place and I enjoy being able to take it home and cook it when I want to. I will be back!

Update: Manager called which i appreciate there was an issue with their system. So i did change my stats and it was very irritating but i get that systems crash and they couldn't have called us I would suggest calling and making sure your order is good to pickup if your traveling from somewhere not close just to be safe. We will try another day to order and do a pickup because we do love papa murphys pizza.

verified the time it closes ordered online an order over 50& for 3 pizzas got there at 730. 30 minutes before closing and they were closed and cleaning the facility. basically drove 30 minutes to get pizza for no reason. and back so an hour.

Easy to order, the amount of ingredients is better than any of the competitors. Prefer the home baking so I can make the crust crispier the way I like it. Only complaint is website/app ordering fails frequently. Franchisee should complain to corporate.

Take out was easy and the pizzas are made with very fresh ingredients! Plus the baking sheet makes it so easy to cook and clean up!

This pizza is very tasty as is expected from gourmet pizza. I recommend eating here if you enjoy their pizzas. Of course, gourmet pizza is fairly pricey for what one receives, but that is expected. I only gave this 3 stars because there is nothing that distinguishes Papa Murphy’s pizza from other gourmet pizza restaurants, and it is expensive. This is just one more place that sells pizza in my opinion. Customer service is good.

Always delicious! First time at this location but long time supporter of Papa’s. We actually put two pizzas on the smoker and they turned out fantastic!
