You played me. Good one. I’ve been a customer since moving up here three years ago. It’s a quick stop off on my way home from work and the employees are usually very nice. I haven’t had a problem until now. On Monday, I purchased a purple TCA blue Lotus vape. It was highly recommended by Zakk whom I’ve dealt with on multiple occasions and is usually very professional. He recommended trying it out before leaving which I did. He removed it from the package and I tried it. Up until this point everything Seemed OK. Purchase was made at 3:38 PM that Monday.
After returning home and using the product, I noticed the quality wasn’t as described as I had been coughing up mucus and had a tight feeling in my chest. The next day, I returned with receipt after work around 5 o’clock (tried to stop on way to work at 8am but opened at 10) I was told by The first employee (we will call her employee b) since I was a few hours outside of the 24 hour Period There was nothing that could really be done But I should talk to the person who sold it to me since she was a “by the rules” kind of person. I respect that. i Ended up talking to Zakk who seemed surprised that I had a problem with the device. He essentially echo that of the first employee, there was nothing that could be done since I was outside of the return. He had offered me Sample gummy’s or 10% off my next purchase, which I was Not satisfied with. I was told that a text message would be sent to the owner since that is the The only person that makes the rules. I left the receipt with my number on it and the vape there. Fast forward to today I walked in, hoping For resolution. After asking if he had heard anything from the owner, Zakk responded in a condescending tone saying that there was nothing that could be done again and that he had heard an alternate story from the first employee (b) that I had talked to the day prior that I had told her that the vape just wasn’t smooth and that I had not tried it. ( I did ) he turned a customer service opportunity into a he said she said situation, like bro come on. I was told that cameras would be checked (with a tone as if I was one of his employees) because this is now a deeper issue since the other employee seems to be lying. And that he should be able to trust his employees. I realized this was going nowhere and left. You still have the device btw.
