Calling from a Dr. office and this pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful stating she doesn't have time to look anything up and kept interrupting and cutting me off with an attitude. She also made my patient cry while trying to pick up her RX. Maybe a class in customer service would be beneficial?

Tech who answered the phone was nice.

Speedy drive thru which is refreshing compared to other CVS locations and helpful and honest staff. We left our card in error in the draw and we got a call immediately after.

I have been going to CVS recently and I just love it. It’s so easy to find things, the staff is very polite and welcoming and there is always a way to save a buck. Given the opportunity I will continue visiting CVS over any other store in town.

Stopped by CVS this afternoon around 6pm there was several items market 75% off the UPC on the shelf and the item matched I scanned on red box and it did not show the discount so I asked cashier she then had to ask what I assume is manager on duty (Aurie)that skipped me to listen to another costumer make a complaint about the pharmacy for quite a bit. she grabbed the items took off to the back it took her a while to return so cashier went to check what was taking so long we find out she left me waiting while she removed all the wrong stickers ? like I've been waiting that could of been done after helping me the customer anywho...then with her calm condescending tone she said I can't sell these items with that discount & that the stickers we're marked wrong it was supposed to be 50% off. And that the other item was discontinued so she couldn't sell that however it scanned full price on red box so why is a discontinued item that was marked 75% off still on the shelf? I said but all your stickers say 75% she said they have other responsibilities besides pricing items ?..and that was that...so just because the sticker says 75% double check ✔️ your receipts that item is actually scanning right wonder how many people don't notice they are paying full price or a different percentage ..CVS has a "Scan Right Guarantee" just not this Princeton location.. I stopped using the pharmacy as well a few months back due to being charged full price for Rx being told my Rx was not approved by my insurance mind you it was never sent to Dr or Ins. Had my Dr send Rx to a different pharmacy that actually submitted authorization to my Aetna Ins and guess what it is a covered Rx so I payed full price for 3 months of copay for dealing with this location. ?

You can NEVER get them to answer their phone EVER. Have to leave a message and they will call you back in a hour or not… just if they feel like it! Customer service is horrible! Never again will I use this CVS!

The lady working the inside counter on 3/27/24 between 2-230 needs a lot of help with customer service. I did not receive a call that the medication needed was out of stock. Instead of offering to check inventory elsewhere, I had to ask her to check. When she checked, she said “the one in McKinney may have one”. So I then had to ask her to call to verify, to which they didn’t. Instead of giving me options, I had to ask for options. Every step of the way for any customer service, I had to ask for.
