Going here was a waste of my time. Prior to scheduling an appointment I asked if the dentist can do prefabricated crowns because that's what my insurance would cover. I was told yes. I also told the dentist only prefabricated crowns were covered when we were discussing my xrays. The insurance denied the crown authorization because they weren't prefabricated. I called back on 2/23 the receptionist told me call back because she don't know anything or understand. She was struggling to come up with what to say. I asked her to transfer me to someone who does know and understand. She said no there is no one. I wanted to know if the dentist could make prefabricated crowns that's it. I told her to give the dentist the message so I could get a yes or no answer on 2/24 because my dental insurance said if he won't do it call back and they will give me a list of dentists that will do it. I called back on 2/24 and asked her if she got an answer from the dentist. She said I don't know or understand. I asked again for the dentist or someone who knows. She told me the lady that does billing isn't in the office today. What kind of receptionist can't communicate or give messages to the dentist? I need my dental work done asap. It would take too long to get answers as long as she's answering the phone. Not a good place to call or go unless you speak her language. That creates a barrier for you to get the best possible dental care and problems solved efficiently. I told her good thing I didn't schedule appointments for my 2 daughters because I will take my business elsewhere.

I went here years ago for braces. He extracted two teeth from only the left side of my face. I wish he would've tried an expander first because now the left side has been feeling empty compared to the right. Looks worse and my smile is smaller on the left side if you can image that. When I bite, there is a small space where my teeth aren't touching on the left side since my right side is much fuller and complete. He did not try to straighten my teeth as much as he can. I told him there was a small gap in my front teeth and he said no. He pushed one of my front tooth to the side and it's at a slight angle. Very noticeable in pictures. My midline was not centered and I told him but he said it't aligned with bottom teeth but that's also not centered. He also never used gloves (except one time when I had an injured lip so it was more for his own concerns) so it was really uncomfortable to have him constantly touch my mouth with his bare hands. My appointments consisted of just changing wires towards the end with no further corrections. As soon as I was done paying off my braces, he told me he was taking them off that day. That's when I realized he was just waiting for my payments and not caring for results.
