I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Adele at Maradels Holistic Therapy twice now, and both experiences have been truly fantastic. The first session was Emotional Energy Clearing therapy, which left me feeling so much lighter and more at peace. The second time, I had intolerance testing, and I was amazed at how thorough and insightful the session was. Adele is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients' well-being. I felt comfortable and supported throughout both sessions. I highly recommend Adele and Maradels Holistic Therapy to anyone looking for a transformative experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Visited for a sound bath. I have been to many sound baths and was unsure of how this would go. I should not have worried. The soundbath was gorgeous. Small and intimate but so effective and immersive. Adele was kind and friendly and really ensured I felt comfortable. I will definitely go again.

Review of hypnotherapy session with Mark

As a complete newbie to hypnotherapy, I was a bit nervous to say the least, I needn't have been.
Mark puts you at ease immediately, the welcome and professional yet friendly session was incredible.
I had no trouble relaxing and though I was worried about sharing and opening up, I found it so easy and felt like we had met before somehow which made it so much easier to trust the space.
Mark prompts at just the right times and guides gently right when you feel you're about to get stuck. He gives you plenty of time and space and it doesn't feel rushed at all.
I really had a tough journey in parts and nearly gave up facing certain aspects of myself, but through encouragement I was able to tackle those pesky things that needed to be released. It's incredible how Mark balances your freedom to explore but still keeps you safe and on target so to speak, without feeling like you've been manipulated. I knew I was in charge the whole time and knew I could stop at any moment, I also felt what I was doing was very important to face and let go.
The closing was the best part by far, completely wrapped up in joy, love, hope, forgiveness, I would love to be able to bottle that feeling, I did come away with tools to visualize that whenever I want, that alone was worth the trip.
I highly recommend anyone book a session whether sceptic, novice, or 'tried them all', that's just my opinion, why don't you try and see for yourself?

Thank you, thank you, thank you, I've gone from having a twenty a day habit to having not one cigarette a day in only one hypnotherapy session with Mark. I've purposely not left a review before today as I'm coming up to eight weeks without any cigarettes and I needed to see if my normal trigger points would kick in and I'd succumb to smoking again, however, I haven't!! I had cigarettes in the house after my session and didn't touch them infact I forgot they were there in a drawer until someone asked if I smoked and did I have a cigarette, I gave him the cigarettes. I've been in many social situations in the last eight weeks where I've had a drink and other people have been smoking and this has always been a weak spot for me butt(!) no, I've not been tempted in the least and I feel fabulous! My smokers cough has gone, I'm not wheezing anymore, even here in Spain where the ciggies are cheap, I'm still saving money by not smoking and through talking to Mark, I realised that I used smoking to procrastinate and I would put off doing tasks that needed some commitment, like decluttering. I'm still not a Speedy Gonzales, however, I've managed to fully declutter and sort out our bedroom & walk in wardrobe, the laundry room, our living room and I'm just starting in the kitchen and all whilst running a busy business as my energy levels have increased and I'm breathing life into my home again where I'd just been stagnant for a long time, it's helped to open space for me to be creative again too and I've got four upcycling projects ready to go for when the Spanish summer temperatures drop!! Mark was absolutely brilliant, he put me at ease straight away, the whole process was lovely & relaxing and if you're thinking about having hypnotherapy for anything, I would definitely chat to Mark because he's great. Most importantly Mark has helped me fulfil a promise that I'd made to my Dad, that I would stop smoking, Dad died of lung cancer and I found that even though I wanted to stop smoking, I just couldn't on my own despite being scared of any health issues that smoking might bring on and the promise I'd made. Mark isn't a magician, he's a hypnotherapist and he's good. He's really good.

I've experienced probably more than my fair share of trauma in my life. Being a private person I find it very difficult to talk about my emotions and bottle everything up.
About a year ago I was at my lowest.
By complete coincidence a friend suggested Maradels and I booked an appointment with Mark for hypnotherapy. I was very skeptical. Nothing else had worked. I had seen doctors, was on medication etc but I decided to give it a go.
I thought it would be so difficult discussing my situation, especially to a stranger.
How wrong could I have been. From the moment I walked into Marks cosy hypnotherapy room and we started chatting I felt completely at ease. I sat down, was made to feel completely relaxed and Mark worked his magic. For once I opened up and Mark managed to access my subconscious mind and unearth past problems in a very gentle and relaxed way. At no time did I feel uncomfortable in discussing very painful memories and it was as if we were both working together to find a solution. The session lasts at least an hour and I left feeling calmer and certainly more optimistic about the future. At no time does Mark pressurise you to come back, although I did return and greatly benefited from my 'top up'. It just seemed to shore up my first session. The benefits remained for weeks and now a couple of months later it is the same and for once I feel optimistic about life.
Mark is a very gifted hypnotherapist and I would highly recommend paying him a visit if you think it may help.

I've had hypnotherapy before but Mark took his science to a whole new level. His methods and techniques are second to none. I've come away with years of stored trauma (that I didn't even know that I had) safely put to rest. I am sleeping like a baby, virtually pain free and feel more in control of 'me'.
