You will spend no less than an hour waiting and that's if you're lucky. Extremely inefficient and understaffed for the rediculous amount of people that are always there at all hours of the day.

A joke of a facility that doesn’t provide adequate healthcare. The pharmacy has gotten medications incorrect and had to open an investigation through congress due to the lack of safety precautions. Now the pharmacy has been processing my medications I requested to have refill since Friday and yet after another two hours waiting still don’t have my meds and I have lapsed which is dangerous. They are understaffed and are not prioritizing patient care or subsidizing care outside if they cannot meet demand. I recommend staying away from them and if you need your medical records they also lose them constantly.

Also had a dental appointment and because of the AC not working I cannot get seen in time for my retirement as they don’t have any appointments until July. What a joke, facility can’t operate efficiently and then when situations like these arise all they do is say sorry and don’t adjust appointments they canceled.

I now understand why people are upset with the the benefits/support. I guess I was spoiled on the East coast where they’ve got their service support wired tight to serve their customers in a timely fashion and with a smile. After waiting 2 hours and checking numerous times on the status to get an epi pen refilled I received a phone call from the pharmacy. They proceeded to inform me they don’t carry them. It would have been nice to have been told when I handed them my prescription 2hrs prior. Maybe y’all could take some lessons from the larger military bases who are meeting the needs of their customers in less than 2hrs. Seriously, we’re better than this people!!

I called in my prescription refills on Saturday and was told the prescription would be ready for pick up on Thursday after 1200. I picked the prescriptions on Friday via the COVID Drive Thru at about 1400. I was not even there 20 minutes and I was done. Great Job!! Shout out to the runners (Sailors obtaining information and delivering) , Good customer service and attitudes.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with on a base. Every time you call expect to be on hold for 30 min to 2+ hrs. Had a prescription sent by my doctor on a Monday, called Tues and finally got a hold of someone after 1.5 hrs on hold, told it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. Called Thursday and they tell me they have no record of a prescription for me after I waited on hold for another 2 hrs. Called my doctor and had the prescription sent to off base pharmacy and it was ready within an hour. Can't believe how this place is run.

I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE PHARMACY LACKS STAFF OR DOESN'T USE WHAT IS IN PLACE MORE EFFICIENTLY. I RECENTLY HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DROP OFF A PRESCRIPTION. THE NUMBER SYSTEM SEEMED DISORGANIZED AND JUMPED OVER THE BOARD FROM NUMBERS THAT WERE ALPHA TO ECHOS CONSISENTLY. ONLY TWO WINDOWS WERE IN OPERATION AND A SIZEABLE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WERE WAITING. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT MORE STAFF BE UTILIZED WHEN THERE IS SIZEABLE GROUP WAITING. CONSIDER HAVING THE PHARMACY OPEN ON SATURDAYS FOR AT LEAST A HALF DAY TO ALLOW PICK UPS OR DROP OFF OF IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTION REFILLS OR NEW ONES. A PHARMACY CLOSER TO THE MILITARY FACILITY IN GRAND PRAIRIE MAY HELP ALLEVIATE THE DELAYS OR BOTTLENECKS AT THE JRB PHARMACY. I WOULD HOPE THAT AN AUDIT OR STUDY BE MADE ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE JRB PHARMACY OVERALL TO INCLUDE THE LACK OF PARKING.
