I recently completed the PN1 certification, and I am thrilled with the experience! I love Precision Nutrition's philosophy and feel fully prepared to start coaching. I just signed up for the free 30-day trial of ProCoach, and while technology isn't typically my strong suit, I have found it surprisingly easy to navigate. The platform offers very helpful videos and a wealth of resources to choose from.

I'm also working through the Coaching Business Kickstarter course, which has been extremely valuable in helping me understand the steps needed to succeed.

I am looking forward to starting the Sleep, Stress & Recovery (SSR) certification in January 2025, so I can better serve my clients and those who need support in this area.

Cut through the pop-science and fitness/nutrition fads with science backed, research based, tried and true advice. I haven't completed their courses, but I read the blogs and articles on their website and FaceBook. Their information is sound and effective. As a PE teacher with SDUSD, I find myself coming back to PNs free blog over & over as it's the real deal. I appreciate trustworthy sources that address misinformation and trends.

The team has been nothing short of kind, considerate, helpful, and communicative. They've worked with me on more than one occasion to resolve concerns in a timely fashion. PN is so frustrating to use. And after several emails for help, NO ANSWER after two weeks of trying. I won’t be using it anymore. And the worst part- every two seconds it asks for an upgrade to Premium! Is this why the free app doesn’t work well, to force users to upgrade to the very EXPENSIVE Premium?

Horrible customer service from precision nutrition! When you go through their promotional web page, they pretend that their course is very valuable for about anyone, regardless of your knowledge level or expirience in nutrition. I contacted them through the chat box, the person with whom I was chatting could not give me more info on the specifics of this course, so she referred me to Brad...Brad contacted me by email to better understand my interrogations. Responded with a brief description of my background and requested more details about the content of this course. When the offer is about a 40-60 hour training that (according to their publicity) is the best on the market, we should be entitled to a description of the content (this course is not cheap relatively to other offers). Never got any follow up. My conclusion is that the content is not any different than any basic nutrition course that is available at a much lower price. Seems like a lot of marketing to me. I will look elsewhere and I would certainly not refer anyone to Precision Nutrition.

Precision Nutrition not only offers their customers/students the most up to date scientifically backed research and nutrition data in addition online support groups, well packaged educational materials, software, and dare I say... the best emails ever. If you're new to coaching online or in-person taking any course provided by PN will set you up with every tool and challenge you to hone your own skills to become a better version of yourself + a better coach for your clients.

I love the small, easy to ready, understand and implement chapters. I have learned a tremendous amount about not only nutrition, stress management, sleep and recovery, but about human beings and how to relate to such a wide range of personality types, motivation levels, and understanding where a particular client is coming from. I highly recommend the Precision Nutrition courses!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I have received the absolute most horrible customer service from precision nutrition! I signed up and paid for my class, got logged in and started doing my orientation and as I was reading it said you had to opt in to get your course materials in the mail. So I tried the char feature and I was advised that I would not be getting books and I would have to pay $199 to get course materials shipped to me, the program is already $1000 and said they were included. So I tried calling and only got voicemail (it’s impossible to get a human on the phone once you enroll)! So I called the sales line and spoke to the same lady that was on the chat and she apologized for giving me incorrect information and said that my books are going to be shipped out and it takes about 14 business days from canada. So I said ok I don’t want to cancel and I will stay enrolled. I completed my orientation online last night and scheduled time to start chapter 1 this weekend, well I work up this morning to an email from Kristina H who had canceled my account and deactivated my access (obviously the right hand does not talk to the left hand at this company). So I emailed her to say if she would have CALLED me like I asked in my email (before everything was cleared up) she would have known my issues were resolved. Then Kristina H emails me back saying she could start the “process” of reinstating my account. At this point I’ve been enrolled for less than 24 hours and have had 2 bad experiences with 2 different people and I’m concerned about the type of service I might receive going forward. I’ll just search for another nutrition certification because it seems once you start paying them and enroll they could care less about you! BUYER BEWARE!!
