Unedible Breakfast

Rock N Roll It... this location was brought to my attention by a friend who reportedly not only frequently visited this place. I was uncertain if going to such a location would be any better compared to other smoke shops, but once I entered the establishment, I was taken aback from not only how clean the place was but how friendly the manager, Kelly was. She gave her recommendations in regards to what products I may be interested in and aided in understanding how effective they would be as well. Overall, I am satisfied with the establishment and have chosen to leave a review to inform others of this location.

However, as a local guide for Google Maps, I must correct some misinformation written by an individual known as Cody Mcgee. There are only 3 employees present in Rock N Roll It. Jalen, Kelly, and the Sign Guy (I do not have his name, but this is what he is referred to by Kelly he). None of the employees, when present at their given shift time, are ever drunk. They are mature adults and have the capacity to understand that they should not drink on the job. Furthermore, they have cameras to ensure employees aren't on their phone while on the job. If that were the case, the employee using their phone would be in trouble and would face termination of their job by now. This is not the case. If you have evidence of an employee clearly intoxicated or on a device of sorts while servicing you, then take a photo and present it here. In short, come into the shop at any time, whether it's the morning or the afternoon... go fetch your discount for a much lesser price than any other smoke shop!

R N R is one of my favorite shops because they have the lowest prices in Texas. Customer service is top priority.
Kelly provides me with credible information about any products in the store. Other shops don’t share this type of customer service. To me it’s extremely important. I would advise anyone who wants save money and find top quality products to only shop at Rock -n- Roll it.

Jalen the best salesman I’ve met and makes sure I leave the shop setup properly. He’s also the only employee I’ve encountered at the shop not drunk or on something while working. I’ve seen extremely drunk employees here. If you come by try to come in the morning when Jalen is here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. On Sept 27th between 4:30-5:30pm, a female employee appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was completely unhelpful when I was trying to buy a vape. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I hope management takes action to ensure this doesn't happen again.
