What an amazing experience. I don't think I have ever felt more relaxed than during my 6 day yoga and meditation retreat in April.
The place is beautiful, back to nature but with every comfort, inspiring and professionally taught by 2 wonderfully warm people.
The food was very good and healthy and I went on beautiful walks, so bring also your walking boots if you like hiking in the mountains.
I had quite a long experience of meditation but Rose helped me to go deeper and I learnt a lot from her. And Ian inspired me with his mindful yoga practice, which I now do at home.
I highly recommend the place and will definitely return.

A truly wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to feel lighter, brighter and just more at peace with their lives. Overall I would say I’m a pretty optimistic person but sometimes life happens and it really takes its toll and your perspective, attitude can really shift into a negative space.
This retreat is what I needed to come back to myself, to shed some of that heaviness that we walk around with.
Both Ian and Rose are so welcoming and caring and their retreat is meticulously well thought out, their space in the mountains is magical and the experience is truly healing.
