Me gusto el lugar, las hamburguesas muy buenas y recién hechas. Solo el Shake que pedí de Nutella le faltaba más sabor a Nutella. Pero el servicio fue bueno y el lugar limpio.

Pros :
The process of ordering food was easy ! Love the new set up ! The food was hot and fresh with excellent portion sizes . Employees ,Frank and Mohammed , need to be recognized for the hard work they dedicate to this company .

Cons:
As a manager myself , the female manager for lunch was a little demanding to her staff. Yelling as if it was a sporting event . “ Is this shake done yet ?! I need a melt to the window now !” After the items were completed, no “ thank you “ or “ great job everyone “ was offered . This is a quick way to drop team morale. I would’ve loved to hear the employees get recognition as it was extremely busy during lunch time .

Congrats. This has got to be the worst steak n shake ive been to in the US and i travel the country for work. How dare you serve unfrozen shakes, without the proper topings. All our shakes were like the pics.

Shocking that they no longer have servers. You are greeted with four kiosks to order your food, then you seat yourself, have to go to the counter to get your food and shakes like a cafeteria. A complete hands off approach for a "restaurant" that used have atmosphere. At least the food was accurate, hot and tasty and the shakes were good. It was just shocking on the disappointing difference in operations. I'm sure they are saving in labor but how are the sales?

I have a hard time really deciding how many stars I should give this place. Given recent reviews, I came in expecting the worst, but my brother was insistent on coming for nostalgic purposes. The Stake 'n Shake I went to growing up was a sit-down restaurant with waiters, but this place is run more like a fast food joint. You order at a kiosk and then sit down and wait for them to call your name. The place wasn't especially clean, but it wasn't especially dirty either. My brother watched the workers handling raw meat and hamburger buns without washing hands or switching gloves, which really isn't excusable, and is why I am hesitant to give the stars I've given. We ate the food regardless, and it was fine. There were very large onion slices on my burger, which worried me, but it actually tasted good. The shakes were very thin, and my husband's KitKat shake didn't seem to have any KitKat in it. It's not a place I would want to hang out in.

Dying Breed

Wost experience ever at a resteraunt. They hire people that don't know the cook timers for burgers, the bread is always hard and stale for the Frisco melt. They cook the life out of the burgers, they are flat, dry and no seasoning. Prepare to wait in the longest line ever where priority is not the order of food placed its at the armature chefs decision on when he wants to cook it

The food was good. Waiting 45 mins for 2 patty melts not so much. I was happy to see this restaurant re opened. The lack of staff was not good. No waitress anymore you have to order and pay at a kiosk. If it had actually helped make things faster, I would have been cool with it. It did not, though. I was super disappointed in the long wait as I only have a half an hour to eat lunch. If they don't remedy that situation, I am sure they will soon be closed again. I do not plan to return and another customer told me they had never been before and would not be returning. It's sad really it used to be such a good place to eat.

Definitely wasn't my favorite experience. We got the food quick but I personally did not think it tasted that well. I got the garlic burger and it did not have a lot of garlic on it, and the fries needed more salt. The drink station was a little confusing on how to work as well since if you take to long it times you out and you need to rescan your recipe.
