This place is so amazing!! I love the friendly service and kindness shown to me. I came in with so many items to ship and Dipak not only helped me box them but helped me label and everything!!! It was the full level service shipping experience!!

I had to ship some emergency supplies to my family overseas. They've been super helpful by repacking to a smaller box to save on the expensive shipping fees. We did have some hiccups on the customs invoice (not their fault. Customs have gotten more strict). but they were very helpful and accommodating to make sure we got it right the second time!

My experience with getting the U-Haul was not the issue. It's always how they cheat you out of your money. For example, the clerk automatically signed me up for insurance and then charged me more for gas I have pictures showing my gas in and out as well as my mileage. I have encountered so many scams dealing with u-haul. They honestly make you want to pay more for movers. Plus my bill was less and they kept that difference too. Just watch the clerk because she will try scamming you for additional charges without telling you and then refuse to change it. She intentionally made my pay for insurance that I didn't need nor was it required just so she did it like she sold us the insurance. Be sure to check your paper work.

Great convenient place. Owners have gone out of their to help me in few situations. To all those negative reviews, you won’t understand the struggles of a small business unless you own one. Give them a second chance these are genuinely nice people.

Paid $35 to ship overnight!! Ok fine whatever it is what it is but when I pay that much & it’s been 3 business days & it’s STILL NOT THERE, that’s completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I don’t understand how this place has a 4 star status.

Hours show open until 7pm on door... closed at 6pm. Asked for pricing on 14x4x4 box... $4... really? I can’t see paying more than $1.50 or $2 if I am in a bind. These cost $0.70 at any other shipping store. Wow. To top it off the guy started trying to barter with me. Set you pricing and stick with it.
